• 10 Fireworks Crafts For Kids

New Years Eve is just around the corner! I just love the start of a new year. It’s like a big blank canvas waiting for paint to be thrown all over it and new stories to be written. If you have a little one who is going to be in bed before The Ball drops at midnight  and they want to celebrate–or you have kiddos coming to a NYE party who need a project to do… look no further! Here are some fun fireworks projects for them to give a try. Fireworks are so beautiful and magical… and there’s no doubt that their firework crafts will be beautiful as well.

  • 4th of July Fun

It’s July, and you know what that means…. Independence Day! I seriously loved this holiday as a kid. I actually still do…. but everything seems to be a little more magical when you are a child.

We used to spend the 4th of July at the lake with all of my cousins. I loved watching fireworks, playing with sparklers, eating endless amount of watermelon, BBQing, swimming and all of the other fun things that are traditional on the 4th. Summers in Alaska are perfect. They aren’t too hot… just perfect.

I found some really fun ideas as I was flicking through some 4th of July ideas on Pinterest for this weekend with my family. I thought I would share them with you in  case you are scrambling for some fun last minute ideas as well. Ha!
